PVIAG Social Events

Participants received a variety of premium chocolates shipped to their home prior to the live (virtual) group event, lead by Gourmet Botique's superb storytelling about the makers, the industry, and the art of "flavor."  We learned an entertaining history of chocolate, how it's made, and how to taste chocolate.

This virtual event was lead by Pasta Pietro, zooming in live from Milano, Italy!

Participants submitted their recipe ideas ahead of time, we voted on our favorites, then 3 different members took turns guiding others to follow along through each course.
